David Speake is a Lead Consultant at Engage Consulting: Smart Metering; Energy Market Arrangements; Regulation and Transition at Engage Consulting. He is proficient in German and French. Finally, David has a sharp mind and a very logical approach to problem solving. He is a very supportive colleague and is incredibly humorous which he uses to create a stronger team bond.
