I worked as the Chairman of Springfield, MO's premiere Science Fiction/ Fantasy/ Multi-Genre Convention. During this time i with my staff turned the convention to a new direction and opened up new avenues for growth and a better convention full of activities and people. Visioncon has grown tremendously since this new direction implemented under my time as Chairman and continues to do so under the next administration. As Chairman, I was in charge of every aspect of the convention and coordinating them to operate smoothly and as a uniform team. This also involved rebuilding the reputation and fun factor of the convention. It is important to also point out that the staff that were involved during this time were amazing and some of the hardest working people I have ever worked with and all our progress could not have been accomplished without them.http://visioncon.net/
