My passion is helping others. I have 20+ years of experience leading large organizations, facilitating change, administering people programs, building productive teams, and establishing dynamic work cultures. I have been fortunate to teach at different points my career as I love to explore and exchange ideas with others. I also build visual frameworks to identify problems and collaborate to build strategies that address those problems. With advanced degrees in strategic studies, human resources development, and counseling, I love to help leaders at all levels understand and improve organizations.
