My position as Network Field Technician is a customer facing role. I reach out to clients and assess what their needs are and what they should expect having us as their MSP. This role consists of understanding basic network concepts such as subnetting, VLANS, DHCP, and much more. After the configuring is complete, I schedule a time and date for the network stack install. I must plan my install well so I can assure as minimal downtime as possible when doing the network swap. Having a strong foundation of layers 1,2, and 3 are necessary for this position.

Inspecting, recording, and describing to a client the current condition of a home before they purchase it. Home Inspections are non-invasive, thorough, and require one to be detail oriented. Having a keen eye is only half the battle. You must be able to communicate the issues found upon inspection in a manner where someone without prior knowledge of plumbing, roofing, electricity and much more would understand the information being relayed to them.

I started at Panera Bread as a store associate and climbed up the ladder to store manager. Leading a crew of 10-20 people at a time through busy lunch and dinner rushes. As a store manager I made sure the store ran as efficient as possible. Aside from leading a crew and speaking to customers, I also called and scheduled interviews for new applicants. I eventually started to do orientations for classes of 30-50 new hires at the Tampa office. I would teach them all about the origin of Panera Bread, what to expect while working there, and so much more.
