CurrentCurrently responsible for aligning and managing projects with our Member and Provider Experience team. This includes all call, chat, and IVR data through our vendor and maintenance/improvement of tools that have been previously developed, and support of new initiatives including screen recording and quality audits.Former primary point of communication from Operations Business Intelligence for Health Plan Operations Compliance and Audit department in addition to management of project backlog, development of reporting and analysis, and consulting support on related projects. Provide reporting and analysis and project support for Claims and Payment Integrity.
