In my current role as the Sales Manager for the Victorian Repaint division, I am responsible for achieving financial and business targets and managing the sales, marketing and estimating function. I manage a team of eight Business Development Managers, three Project Mangers and one Estimator.Key areas of focus include compliance and ensuring company procedures and processes are adhered to, the sales function including management of major accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering quality customer service and supplier management.

In my role as Sales Executive, I was responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. My key focus was managing the $2 million budget for the eastern region of Victoria. I was able to reach target through growing major client relationships and rolling over major contracts into national long term deals.

Day to day tasks included managing repaint jobs from start to finish, liaising with clients and coordinating painters.

My key responsibility as an Estimator in the Victorian Repaint division, was to provide support for the sales team by measuring and estimating potential projects.I had to ensure company procedures and processes were adhered to, that all measures and estimates were completed on time, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and provide quality customer service.
