★ Responsible for the performance of 64 direct reports across four locations ensuring the delivery of mail to personnel throughout Europe.★ Maintained accountability for implementing a $4.2M mail contract involving a fleet of 10,000 vehicles and 8000 delivery routes.★ Resolved a mail stoppage through personnel redeployments and adding additional routes to accommodate the cancellation of commercial airline flights during the COVID pandemic.★ Defined and managed a process to ensure the successful processing of ballots for the 2020 Presidential Election, training a team of 71 representatives to prioritize and return ballots using Expedited Mail. The team processed 11,000 ballots, the highest voter turnout in the Command in three decades.

Overall, managed 183 joint personnel at four locations.★ Advised the Commander on HR issues, including welfare, morale, discipline, education, salary and career progression. Handled 24 Emergency Travel Orders supporting members coping with catastrophic family emergencies.★ Managed the commander’s support staff and served as lead program manager for the single point of entry-exit for all members arriving and departing from NATO Ramstein Germany.
