Management of the Fleet Administration (Vehicle ordering, allocating, taxing, document storage, Noip/PCN) and Vehicle Sales (Auctions, salvage, green parts, traders, assessing accident repairs/write offs) for Royal Mail. Also responsible for the fleet forecasts for Royal Mail fleet that all fleet budgets for Royal Mail Group are set from on a yearly basis. Previously responsible for accident management for both Red and White fleet

I managed the processes for the following areas;Ordering, Allocation and tracking of deliveries for new vehicles,Taxation of whole fleet,Notices of impending prosecution and penalty charge notices for whole fleet,Managed the flow and storage of vehicle documents for whole fleet,Interbusiness billing for maintenance and contract hire,General Fleet issues such as vehicle movements and external queries such as police enquiries etc.
