David has over 21 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He started his scientific career developing chemical and spray drying processes at Hovione. Following his time as a lead scientist, David transitioned to Project and Account Management building cost models and preparing proposals for new and existing business opportunities. In 2012, David returned to operations as Senior Manager of Analytical Development and Project Management. By 2017, David assumed the role of Director of Research & Development Operations (inclusive of AR&D, Process Chemistry and Project Management). In his final 2 years at Hovione, David managed the Continuous Drug Product manufacturing area, as well as spearheaded several large capital expansion programs in the U.S. Most recently, David has proudly joined the Lonza team as Senior Director, Commercial Development. In this role David will support key business in Lonza's small molecule division.
