The current goal is to design and manufacture a Liquid Methane and Liquid Oxygen bi-propellant rocket capable of reaching an altitude of 45,000 feet. The Structures team is responsible for designing the rocket's propellant tanks, airframe, aerodynamic components (fins and nose cone), cryogenic plumbing.

I supported the Optical Telescope Element (OTE) of NASA's James Webb Space Telescope. My focus was on the Secondary Mirror Support Structure of the OTE. I worked with both deployable and non-mechanical systems. As a design engineering intern, I was tasked with helping create and implement solutions to hardware design issues. I assisted in laboratory work related to the development of electronic hardware for a scientific instrument called the Energetic Particle Instrument - Hi (EPI-Hi).
