David serves as Chair of Locke Lord LLP, a national law firm consisting of 550+ attorneys and 1,000 employees, providing leadership and vision across the organization that serves the nation's leading companies and individuals.Previously, David had more than three decades of experience representing public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, with a strong focus on securities offerings and disclosures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.In addition, David served seven years as a member of the Executive Committee of the Firm. He also previously served as the Houston Office Managing Partner, the Co-Chair of the Corporate Department, the Chair of the Finance Committee, the Chair of the Practice Development Committee, and Chair of the Recruiting Committee.
