My biggest strength is my ability to hit the ground running no matter the technical environment. From my internship prior to starting my career to my current position, I've never known the primary coding language/platform going in. I have a history of not only being successful doing this but also being awarded, highly-reviewed for my efforts. I take pride in my work. I believe a consultants job is to not only fix the issue in front of us but to fix it in a way that is maintainable so future developers can add to your work. I spread this energy and outlook with developers I mentor or teammates that ask for help. I've spent most of my career creating enterprise software, but that isn't my limit. At the core, I'm a problem solver that gets fired up when a problem is presented. I believe this makes me an asset no matter what the technology.
