Technical support to internal and external customers, advising on appropriate solutions for product coding and marking opportunities and travelling to customer’s sites to resolve issues. Customers are in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG and general industry. Additionally my role is to act as a consultant to the research and development teams, providing ideas, feedback and testing of new product ideas, I also manage the software support and development priorities for the printers.

Technical support to service engineers, integrators and end users around the world, mainly in the FMCG market but also in pharmaceuticals and general industry. This is achieved via a helpdesk based in Nottingham, with regular worldwide travel to company and customer premises. The products I supported included laser, thermal transfer and inkjet coders, computers, networks, barcode printing and applying machines and respective software applications. I also developed and presented comprehensive training programmes worldwide. I had a team of people working for me and I am responsible for their daily activities and training requirements.
