KMT Investment Group, Inc. was incorporated in 2010 with the goal of investing in real estate in California, Nevada and Connecticut. KMT Investment Group has invested substatially in developing a system for acquiring properties to review from multiple real estate sources, surveying the properties to determine accurate repair costs, and writing effective “All Cash” offers to get the attention of listing agents and asset managers. We also have a network of contractors that are trained to remodel our homes very efficiently at very low costs while maintaining a high level of quality. We have been aggressive in this market evaluating and submitting offers on over 75 properties in Southern California exceeding $5,315,274.
