Growing the construction industry 20+ years. Life long learner to share my knowledge and experience with existing and future customers. Developing a passion in this complex industry while maintaining multiple nightly responsibilities at Drexel University. During the day my focus was Historic Restoration Contracting. Learning, mastering, dismantling, salvage, and rebuild 200 + year old buildings. I achieved in investigating architectural archives, and craftsmen books from mid 19th century, mortar and materials analysis. While mastering my craft I became a Certified Architectural Tour Guide. Realizing I have a desire for historic buildings, how modern buildings function and diagnose problems, and repair.My focus is to work with owners, architects, tradesmen, and engineers. to make sure when build, remodel or renovate buildings that we do it to the best of our ability
