Manage and distribute emails that come in the FEMA Reservist mailbox. Work closely with LOPCs for record management of payment account files, Cadre files, new hire information, proper email distribution and closed account files Organize Travel cards received at FFC, process JP Morgan applications and prepare packets with proper paperwork for EMO. Knowledge on travel policy and regulations of the FEMA travel card program. Analyzing program data for reporting requirements. Create, manage and update various Excel Spreadsheets for Human Resources, data processing and travel card and EMO information. Update cardholder files on SharePoint. Manage each Cadre file by updating records and information. Manage mail room operations for the finance center. Complete annual inventory, distribution and set-up of all FFC computer equipment. Send out checks and money orders received in BusOps- Properly handle, shred and dispose of personal information- Create and modify records in the financial system (IFMIS) for refund payments to survivors of disasters- Inactivate Employee Travel Records in IFMIS that have not traveled in over 2 years to meet audit requirements- Research and resolve traveler payment notifications that were returned as undeliverable and update IFMIS- Review travel voucher forms for adherence to federal travel regulations; conduct research concerning the interpretation and application of a variety of rules and regulations and coordinate with travelers to revise voucher reimbursement requests as needed. Assist with preparing files for archiving as well as delivery to a Federal Records storage facility. Knowledgeable on all technology working in the Finance center. Strong knowledge base of organizational structure of the variety of FEMA departments. Consistently write incident reports on missing property or other situations that occur in FFC.
