• Lead the innovation and introduction of new radiation detection instruments, applications, and services for use in industrial, governmental, educational, medical, security, and environmental markets • Managed a team of engineers, technical, marketing, and salespeople to bring new and revised instruments from concept design to production• Oversaw brand management and marketing strategy for all new and existing products• Executed the graphic design and layout of all product advertisements • Represented S.E.I. to international to domestic and international audiences via tradeshows, meetings, and seminars• Supported hiring, supervising, planning and directing of work and budgets; appraised performance and contributed to the professional development of S.E.I. department staff • Managed company network and servers, internet and email hosting, database development, as well as help desk support for all staff over various operating systems and the general Radiation Alert® product line
