Manage Production of multi million pound contract. Create and Implement SH&E Policy, procedures and legal requirements, ensuring workshop is maintained and compliant with best practise and HSE standards. Ensure customer requirements are met and ensure good relationship exists. Ensure full compliance with all maintenance and test requirement procedures within the company. Deliver efficient and effective throughput of work through the workshop. Maintain company asset management system/material requisition program and scrutinize where required. Ensure personnel are fully competent for roles and future and where required, target training. Design process management procedures to ISO 9001 standards.

• Develop, field and sustain ever improving tactical communication information systems.• Liaise with contractors and hierarchy on behalf of the MOD and offer technical advice where and if applicable.• Monitor contractor performance and resolve conflicts pro actively.• Plan, schedule and monitor Conversion and Connectivity testing upon various vehicle and ancillary platforms across UK and Worldwide.• Manage over 6500 vehicles and locations, plan, visit and carry out outstanding tasks required upon various vehicle platforms• Instigate HSE policy and Joint Service Publication 375 (MOD) in the workplace ensuring all legal stipulations are carried out to a high standard.• Carry out Risk Assessments and update Hazard Registers in line with MOD and civilian directives.

• Manage varying vehicle platforms in line with Engineering Standards publications (VOSA) and servicing schedules.• Project serving/inspection tasks in line with commitments pan Europe.• Control equipment’s moving to external repair agencies and plan driver schedules in line with taskings.• Liaising with customer and suppliers regarding priorities and target dates and resolving problems.• Create and Archive all required documentation for deploying vehicles and repairs if required.• Regular assessment of management procedures to ensure continuing improvement to the process management system.• Produce weekly/monthly statistics to represent availability and future planning.• Control and amend computer based system to ensure exact availability and tasking status.• Advisory team to Ghanaian MOD on behalf of British MOD, teaching Equipment Support and Fleet Management.• Fleet/Workshop Manager for Headquarters International Security Assistance Force in Kabul, Afghanistan for 6 months, forecasting taskings/repairs and servicing on multinational equipments within budgets and contractual agreements.
