My experience uniquely positions me to help employees address any and all concerns they may have, including negotiating a separation agreement or employment contract, addressing discrimination or harassment, evaluating the terms of a non-competition agreement, exploring possible pay discrepancies, or any other issue related to the workplace. I also remain dedicated to helping my employer clients do the right thing, with a focus on assisting growing companies overcome the legal challenges that growth presents. My goal is to prevent legal actions through proper preparation. This includes conducting workplace investigations.When litigation cannot be avoided, I strive to obtain the results my clients’ desire and deserve, whether through court action, arbitration, mediation, settlement, or other means.
