Global Business Process Manager / Salesforce Business AnalystI was asked to take over struggling Salesforce implementation one year after its inception based on the work I done in supporting the data needs for North America salesOverall system usage has been moved from 70 persons logging in intermittently to a user community of 350 people logging in almost daily. Total licenses from 125 at inception to just under 500 in place today. System moved from a single business process (opportunity management) to multiple customer facing process being managed in the CRM tool. Customer service and quality management teams along with Sales and sales management now manage most of the customer facing activates via Salesforce.Dash board sets for Executive management team, Sales management, Sales managers, Quality, Trade compliance team and marketing in place and optimized to track essential business metrics and help trend spotting and process adherence.System moved from 100% undocumented to nearly 80% documented (Customization notes and code documentation).I have trained teams across the globe in our business processes and CRM best practice.Created key user team and process owners to champion specific areas of Salesforce implementation to ensure smooth ongoing development of the CRM tool.My drive, motivation and passion to deliver more from our Salesforce implementation has come from a desire to give my colleagues better tools and better information to make their jobs easier and to remove obstacles to their success. Ahlstrom moved from Business area sales model to regional sales model creating a need to better support regional and global sales organization with accurate timely data and analysis.SAP BW key user and BW support to North America. Reconciling global sales numbers for trends, data errors allocation errors. Designed and distributed weekly and monthly-individualized reports to Sales managers and sales VP via excel. This included fully automating a BW to Excel process. Total monthly time to general reports being reduces from 250 person hours a week to 2- 3 hours per week. Freeing sales organization to focus on selling. Reports now standardized and error checked. Worked with SAP team to improve data quality and systemic errors.
