SYOTOS Motor Carriers, LLC, is the brain child of myself and my business partner, Michael G. Casparian (SYOTOS, COO). It began with conversation, a suggestion and a dream. Mike had successfully owned and operated, M. Casper Trans. He began as an OTR driver and then into his own truck to start M. Casper, which grew to 12 trucks strong within a few years. Myself, I started my transportation experience in the military as an 88M, heavy trans operator. Mike and I had talked for a number of years about becoming independent and owning instead of making money for someone else. We bit the bullet on the idea in 2017 and started our battle plan (company outline). Secured the name and registered. From there, it was a matter of formulating and acting on the plan. June 4th, 2018 was the initial voyage (run) for SYOTOS. We had luckily been introduced to Richard from TRANSTAR. He is a top manager there. Long story short, thanks to Richard and TRANSTAR, we caught a great break, and busted our butts for the remainder of the year. Eventually, Mike and I (SYOTOS) were able to branch out a little and secure hauls off of a load boards and through brokers. We are doing good, but as in any business, we can be GREAT! SYOTOS record is almost flawless. We are able to say that we have only had to deny/drop one load due to a trailer issue. Other than that, we have a 100% on time record that speaks for itself. Always EARLY to pick ups. and as early as possible to drop offs. SYOTOS is currently looking for "lanes" (regular well paying routes) that we can excel at and complete our customers expectations.
