I started out as a Lead Central Plant Operator for 1 year and then transferred to the Hanger Bays as the day shift Supervisor. My responsibilities were to manage 24 IAM Union Mechanics / Technicians. Manage the Maximo CMMS system on developing the PM program on all equipment in the Hanger Bays, Main office, Warehouse and all outside equipment. Manage the on demand work orders / PM's and subcontract manage services. Responsible for ordering all parts and material. Set up the HVAC Filter program for over 200 air handler units and coordinated all schedules. Also setup the Overhead, Jib, Hoist Crane PM program and Fire Protection.
