Customer experience is an area I am incredibly passionate about. I feel very engaged with the emotive side of sales and in that regard ensuring customers have exceptional experience. Within my current role I manage the customer success team. Our role is to deliver positive ROI, support, client engagement and overall to deliver a fantastic experience for learners. ILX is a learning and development company so I am constantly working with learners who require various levels of support. Personally I predominantly work with large corporate clients in both the public and private sector. As a team we work across various company sizes and sectors providing additional value to product. Having previous experience in sales helps me understand the process and work well alongside account managers to create an aligned team. I have grown the customer success team from the ground up, I joined ILX where no service or team existed. I have now established a successful team within the business specifically focussed alongside the sales process. Currently a team of 4 but continuing to grow and increase our responsibility / reach. Working within a customer facing capacity plays to my strengths, I'm fortunate to have a strong team I manage with colleagues who buy-in to the vision I have for what customer success looks like at ILX. My dedication is to constantly evolve that offering ensuring we are enhancing what we can deliver to clients and improve service. AI is an area of focus where we are learning to work and use AI to assist us in our practices.
