Acting as the Design Build Line of Business (LOB) Manager as a Subject Matter Expert Subject in Mission Critical construction industry encompassing all aspects of the client services, and related duties required for a successful business operating unit within Chinook. Leveraging staff resources, partners, vendors and technology and responsible for managerial direction and development Utility Monitoring and Control System (UMCS V) IDIQ as well as the specific services of the business. Manages and interface with key clients and cultivates effective relationships with existing and potential stakeholders and partners to develop business, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
