Responsible for building relationships and an effective line of communication throughout the Kohler Retail Sales group. Be active in creating, developing and implementing proper process for new initiatives with the account teams. Developed and hired a six person sales team covering a 13 state geography. Accountable for selling, planning, conducting, directing, and evaluating all plumbing business for our retail customers Home Depot and Lowe's. Work closely with all retail management customers and service groups to ensure merchandising standards have been met, promotions have been communicated and that new sales opportunities have been uncovered and executed.
