Defined business and program requirements to meet public partner’s goals and objectives including partnering with other county public and private business.Led in the development of Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) and Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the selection of contractors and vendors for the execution and performance of program scope of work. Regents Hall: Project Financial/Development Manager for $93M New Science Building with wet labs, clean room, and classrooms with 154,000 gross square feet. Project was completed under budget and on schedule and awarded LEED Gold Certification. Project was funded from a combination of funding sources including tax exempt debt, plant reserves, gifts, and a federal grant. Project was completed on schedule and under budget.McDonough School of Business (MSB): Project Financial Manager for $105M new construction for MSB, Rafik B. Hariri Building.
