Project Manager/SharePoint Administrator•Currently working in Technology Operations Group / Real Estate Lending Program Management Office (PMO).•Responsibilities include the following:∙Currently Project Manager of low to midrange projects. ∙Lead SharePoint Administrator for the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Projects SharePoint Website which includes the development, monitoring and maintenance of thirty active projects.∙Assist in the interviewing and development of new hires.∙Development of training materials.

•Acted as Project Lead for Compliance Initiative - Phase I of the initiative included empirical research to develop a S.W.O.T. analysis and Risk Matrix for Senior Management. Phase II entailed the development of job descriptions for the Compliance Auditor role and assist in the employees training once the position was filled. •Provided detailed Business Analyses of current internal cross functional processes.•Developed project plans in MS Project upon request.•Researched and developed process operation workflows regarding corporate training processes.
