I graduated from the University of Leicester with a 2:1 in History, and have experience in different sales departments, from outbound cold calling to answering inbound calls and closing. I have 3 and a half years experience as a sales consultant, but also acted as an accounts manager for the customers I had helped. I am a driven, focused, and motivated individual who thrives whilst working in a team. Communication skills, therefore, are certainly a strength of mine and by interacting with others I am not only able to continue to learn and adapt, but I am also able to exercise my leadership skills which have been apparent throughout my school career and extra curricular activities, as well as during my sales career. I have worked numerous jobs which require fantastic customer service, and I was responsible for representing the company and upholding their reputations. Furthermore, whilst operating in these positions, I consistently displayed organisation skills combined with good work ethic which allowed me to efficiently and effectively carry out the tasks set before me.
