As one of Australia’s leading aged care organisations, ACH Group has a workforce of more than 1,900 employees and around 400 volunteers, supporting more than 20,000 older people in South Australia and Victoria.In my role, I'll oversee the development and delivery of programmes and initiatives aimed at building overall organisational capability and desired culture. From carrying out culture surveys and action tracking, to designing and embedding the ACH Group leadership program, this position will see me identifying our people and capability requirements, both now and into the future, whilst developing frameworks, programs, and projects, to meet these needs.

In my role, I am responsible for the management, development, and delivery, of the strategic learning & development function and activities within the organisation. From providing expert advice and leadership to the team and business, to creation and implementation of the organisational L&OD strategy, operationally supporting the capability of our people and the organisation, through to creation, implementation, and delivery of new and existing development programs and projects.

As the Employee Experience Manager, I form a part of the wider human resources team, whilst directly leading a team of Talent Partners, and Human Relations Officers, working to establish and elevate our employee value proposition, employee lifecycle framework, onboarding, offboarding, overall organisational development, and more.

As the Future Talent Development Manager across Australia and New Zealand, I am responsible for ensuring the Store Manager, In-Store Trainer, and Supervisor population builds their capabilities by providing program facilitation, advice, coaching, skills development, and other bespoke support. From creating a customised training suite to delivery and facilitation, my role sees me work with the broader teams at Specsavers involved in people development to ensure our future talent is engaged, growing, and ultimately capable of success.
