As supervisor of the BDC I manage the activities of the AFC BDC team to ensure that exceptional sales performance and superior service levels are achieved always, as well as, provide and perform sales support efforts for the Dealer Sales Managers and AFC branch locations. I focus on supervising telesales efforts to dealers to maximize current business, generate new business, establish strong dealer relations, and meet overall company goals. I coordinate with field managers to gather criteria/requirements needed to compile data for BDC call campaigns. I track and measure the success of the BDC team by generating weekly/daily campaign reports in Salesforce as well as quality assurance grading. I perform team/group presentations and I also organize monthly one-on- one meetings. I've assisted in project campaigns with KAR Auction Services sister companies (TradeRev, Autoniq, Adesa, IAA). I play a major role in the interview process as well as new hire training.
