From individual to group consultations of up to 60 people.Projects - Led and delivered a range of people focused projects including:Effective Probation management:-• Identified issues and developed reports, strategies and benchmarks for measuring turnover levels across a population of 300 employees initially, then rolled out to the whole Sales population (1200 employees)New Sales route to market implementation – Headcount and Management Development project:-• Responsible for delivery of headcount and development of employees for ‘Sky Events and Partnerships’ as part of a wider project MI Data• 9 month project – transfer over 8 various reports into 1 report (one version of the truth) for a medium-long term solutionRecruitment:• Lead the design and development of Job Descriptions across the Sky Retail estate. Strategically working with Senior managers to establish the best ways of structuring their workforce. Challenging and influencing to ensure that budget is adhered to for people resource in my Regions (350+ employees)Training:• Reduced case and appeal numbers through the Development and delivery of training for Managers across the Sky Retail estate incl.
