With a mission to develop the next generation of impactful community leaders, I work with students to identify their dreams and see success in their college & career aspirations. In the classroom, I focus on leadership development by engaging students with activities that challenge their self-leadership and critical thinking skills. As an educational planner, I focus on identifying student academic and career dreams through strengths tests, relational conversations, intellectual skills, and student passions. Then, we strategize academic plans that will guide them step-by-step to their college and career goals. We visit college campuses, participate in university information sessions, and walk through the financial aid process together. As a communicator, I focus on helping others share their stories with the world. Whether its through organizational development, strategic communications, or personal growth, I help constituents share their values, visions, and missions with their communities.I believe in dreaming big and dreaming smart.
