As each user had their laptops encrypted we would use the checklist to track their installation progress. Once all laptops were completed, we were asked to expand our operation to all employees using laptops, we continued to successfully use the same methods saving APS time and money on a project they felt couldn't be done by the deadlineAO Smith AO Smith makes water heaters that can now be connected to the Internet. Therefore, this new technology needed a Web interface so water heaters could be viewed and managed remotely. User documentation and interface design was needed to make an easily useable interface for viewing and monitoring the devices. I developed graphics and layouts and icons as well as helped plan the end-user documentation.Miller BrewingThe Human Resources department needed to correct information on their intranet before the transition to SharePoint. The existing intranet was out-of-date and poorly organized. My first step was to map out the entire Web site and print the layout and tape it to the wall in order to help reorganize the layout of information throughout the site. Once the layout was organized, a new interface was developed in Adobe Photoshop and the CSS code was consolidated to improve site efficiency.
