Successfully implemented and launched the service section of remote monitoring and diagnostic software which allows different functions within the company to monitor, trend and retrieve information from our instruments out in the field.Successfully built and deployed rules, expressions, actions and installations, utilizing the monitoring software.Implemented procedures and service bulletins on the proper installation and programming for the remote agents that connect directly to the field instruments.Performed as an instructor for Identification/Anti-Microbial Susceptibility instruments in training the majority of the Field Service personnel as well as the in house phone support engineering staff.Current Core Team member for the next generation of the Viper LT™ tabletop CT/GC/HPV instrument. Initiated, implemented and supervised the installation, commissioning and continued preventative/predictive maintenance for over 600 high vacuum equipment and 50 abatement units.Performed the troubleshooting of the vacuum and abatement equipment to include the electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic and gas systems, to include control circuits and PLCs (DirectLogic and Beckhoff).Performed the troubleshooting, installation and continued preventative maintenance for 150 chemical delivery stations and over 100 toxic gas delivery stations.Implemented specification sheets, using step by step procedures to properly perform predictive/preventive maintenance on 150 chemical delivery stations and over 100 toxic gas delivery systems.Implemented customer training programs to further the knowledge base of customer technicians on the Edward’s equipment. This was accomplished with hands on training, product troubleshooting classes and in depth specification sheets and power point presentations.Set up and maintain a tracking, analytical, and logistics database for the Edward’s equipment onsite for predictive/preventive maintenance, as well as for shipping, receiving, ordering and stocking to include budgeting.Evaluated an old chemical delivery station, and then designed a new station that increased delivery time by 30%, with decreasing the downtime of the unit by 85%.Successfully evaluated proper procedures in specification sheets, through auditing the regular maintenance practices, which led to updated specification sheets with proper procedure, personal protective equipment, LOTO and best use practices.Supervised 5 to 6 man teams in the area of maintenance on a daily basis.

• Performed all the electrical maintenance on 14 stationary asphalt plants, 2 portable asphalt plants and 3 recycle product crushing units. • Performed troubleshooting of high voltage 208VAC, 480VAC, 120VAC on all types of motors from 800hp down to 1/2hp.• Performed troubleshooting of low voltage 5VAC/DC, 12VAC/DC, and 24VAC/DC for all the company’s switch houses, this included stand alone control circuits as well as PLCs.• Through supervision and hands on maintenance disassembled, marked and diagramed an entire stationary switch house for deinstallation from one site, to reinstallation at another site.• Successfully built a switch house for a portable asphalt plant to include the install of a new MCC, push button control panel, relay tray panels and integrated circuit boards.• Successfully built refurbished an MCC and push button control station for a recycle product crushing unit.
