CRC operated over 100 wells located in Oklahoma and Texas and had numerous non-operated working interests in wells located in Oklahoma Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Main Pass Block 64, offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to its oil and gas properties in the United States, CRC owned and operated oil and gas properties in Columbia and Ecuador and was the Consortium Operator of the Trans Andean Pipeline that was built from Ecuador to the west coast of South America CRC managed approximately 34 Limited Partnership that provided most of its intangible drilling cost budget while the company provide the funds for most of the tangible equipment costs on all wells. As President of CRC I had the overall responsibility for all company activities including independent audits, SEC reporting, drilling and completion operations, budgets, financing and corporate governance. I prepared most of the written portions (“Management Discussion”) of all the company’s SEC Reports including Annual 10-K, Quarterly 10-Qs, and Special Notices Forms 8-Q, etc. I also drafted the company’s Limited Partnership Agreements and was responsible for drilling project selection and limited partnership funding. CRC sponsored approximately three limited partnerships per year through which the company raised over 25 million dollars while I was President.

It also had four major steel mill accounts where WSC purchased drill pipe, casing, tubing and line pipe for direct shipment to its customers. WSC had over 100 employees and was sold to Texaco in 1980. I was responsible for maintaining the company’s relationships with its banks, large customers, steel mill accounts and hiring of key personnel. I was responsible for and negotiated the very favorable sale of the company to Texaco for the benefit of WSC shareholders and employees. I left WSC after its sale to Texaco.
