Serves as the Army's ambassador within the community. Responsible for recruiting, determining applicant enlistment eligibility, counseling applicants on enlistment programs and options, preparing enlistment applications, and processing qualified applicants to enlist in the Army and Army Reserves.

Served as a Signal Support Systems Supervisor in a rapid deployment Signal Company in the 3rd Infantry Division. Planned, supervised, and integrated the installation, operation, and maintenance of signal support systems, to include radio, wire, cable, and battlefield automated systems. Planned and provided unit level training for automated telecommunications systems, to include local area networks, wide area networks and routers; signal communications and support electronic equipment; and satellite radio communications equipment. Responsible for accounting of over $2 million worth of equipment.

Served on the 3rd Infantry Division Commanding General's communications team and assigned to the Division Command Sergeant Major's office. Responsible for all communications equipment to include computers, switches, VoIP phones, radios, and other communications equipment at Fort Stewart, Georgia as well as Camp Victory, Iraq and COB Speicher, Iraq.
