Since leaving the Royal Air Force, I have supported Enterprise Networks spanning the continent as a Network Engineer. I have helped maintain the integrity of production environments as a Change Manager. As a Service Delivery Manager, I organised monthly and quarterly service reviews with internal and external stakeholders and developed relationships to encourage feedback to continuously improve the service. I am now in the fortunate position to also deliver Managed Services with a focus on customer success and helping to remove adoption barriers for new solutions.
