The CTB synchronized Counter-Terrorism efforts to focus all elements of national power against the terrorist enemies of Iraq. Led the MiTT which advised the CTB Director, a three-star flag officer, and his staff of 150 personnel. Responsible for advising CTB leaders and staff on strategy, policy, sustainment, legislative issues and initiatives which support a successful and effective Iraqi counter-terrorism effort. Assisted CTB to develop and prioritize key strategies in building Iraq's counter-terrorism capability using the diplomatic, informational, and economic instruments of national power. Served as the primary interface between the CTB and other US organizations and agencies.
