Responsible for advising CTB leaders and staff on strategy, policy, sustainment, legislative issues and initiatives which support a successful and effective Iraqi counter-terrorism effort. Assisted CTB to develop and prioritize key strategies in building Iraq's counter-terrorism capability using the diplomatic, informational, and economic instruments of national power. Served as the primary interface between the CTB and other US organizations and agencies.
