Mr. Wray worked to establish and develop multiple CIO IT Advisory offerings for portfolio management, enterprise architecture, capital planning and investment control and IT transformation/rationalization that led to major prime contracts including an 80M+ five year engagement with USAID. Mr. Wray developed trusted relationships with key IT executives within Federal Agencies that helped drive cost savings and efficiencies, transform how IT was managed and enabled ICOR partners to grow exponentially with little sales/marketing expense.. Sought after by Federal Agencies for their ability to succeed, and the recipient of numerous awards, ICOR Partners was successfully acquired in 2010 by Acquisition Solutions, Inc.
