As Commander, I was charged with providing executive leadership, expertise and counsel for internal and external stakeholders and teams. I was responsible for an annual budget of $4-6 million wherein I led the daily operations and training for an organization tasked with deploying public affairs and strategic communication experts to support U.S. military operations.I provided public affairs and strategic communication training for senior staffs who were deployed to lead ground operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horne of Africa.
