One of the biggest challenges indviduals face is conveying their thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and confident way. This isn't suprising given that more than 75% of people suffer from some sort of speech anxiety. We often get anxious, tense and nervous before meetings, interviews, work and networking events, presentations and even if we don't the chances are that are cortisol is spiking. As a result, we rarely show our best selves in these types of situations. One of the main reasons for this tension and inability to show the best version of ourself is that very few of us have ever had public speaking or communication skills training. It's simply a skill we have never had any or much guidance on and focussed training for. This is where I come in. Through my personalised coaching and training, I offer a unique and very holisitic approach to developing your public speaking and communication skills so that you can express your thoughts, ideas, and views more clearly and confidently to connect with your audience on a deeper level.Developing your public speaking and communication skills is not just for those who are speaking in front of large audiences, it can significantly help people progress in many areas by improving the way you speak and converse in work presentations, meetings, interviews, and social events. Neglecting to develop these skills can have a very detrimental effect on someone’s career development both in a professional and social sense.
