• Directed the energy reduction programs for the 132 Fred Meyer retail stores. In 5 years achieved annual savings in excess of $8.3M or 117M kWh. Energy reduction was accomplished by aligning with Kroger GO and implementing effective energy projects including installation of VSD’s for condensers and compressors on refrigeration systems, installation of ECM fan motors in refrigerated cases and walk-in boxes, employee driven energy program, anti-sweat control for refrigeration, T-8 lighting conversions, lighting control installations and implementing Kroger’s energy commissioning programs for new, remodel and operating stores. Energy knowledge includes the design and application of refrigeration, lighting control systems and HVAC controls.• Worked directly with store management supporting HVAC and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems. Project management responsibility included direct oversight of contractors and designers to install and/or repair non-performing or failed equipment.

Supervised factory manufacturing processes to meet the end user. • Developed the design and manufacturing of prefabricated mechanical houses that contained the full mechanical assembly of parallel refrigeration systems and heat reclaim equipment integrated for one point connection for electrical distribution.• Responsible for reducing factory inventory system by 35% by implementing an accounting system that utilized purchasing, inventory and BOM packages with JIT management.

Fort Worth Texas

A team member of the A-12 project with the research and engineering group and was directly responsible for the design of a radar bay assembly on composite aircraft which was used in the F117 Nighthawk stealth jet fighter. Focus was on finite element and solid modeling techniques for coordinating with other team members. Involved advanced stealth technologies with high security clearance requirements.
