CurrentBuilt a team from the ground up, then led this matrix organisation within ADP to successfully upgradeover 1,700 clients from legacy to strategic payroll platforms.Succeeded in closing an aging platform in 2020 by retaining 650 clients onto our strategic platform.(Recognition: Results Driven Award Winner in 2020.)This success led to taking on a larger portfolio with significantly higher risk, complexity and functionaldisparities. Influenced product roadmap decisions to close the gap on feature gaps, achieved byoverlaying the array of usages, drawing out simplified impact statements to empower decision makers.To date, over 1,000 clients successfully moved within this latest initiative leading to improved retention(up 10%), improvement in client relationship (NPS up 55% post-migration), exceeding plannedmigration rates (128%) and saving $3m in implementation resource.
