Delivery manager for the design, build and implementation of a new digital service for civil money claims. Large multidisciplinary, multi-supplier, agile development and implementation team (involving 30+ developers, business analysts, content designers and user researchers).Led the business, technical and financial aspects of the project to ensure project milestones were completed on time and to budgetWorked with product managers and service owner to develop a detailed roadmap aligned to business priorities. Stakeholder management of a complex and influential stakeholder community including senior judiciary, legal professionals, members of the public and the advice sector all with conflicting interests.

Led a cross agency (HMCTS and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)) project to introduce a new cloud based digital case system that removes the need for paper bundles in the Crown Court. Responsible for design, development and delivery into 77 Crown Courts across the UK.Led business case approval, procurement and commercial process to select external select supplier. Winner of the Paperless Project of the Year Award 2017 and shortlisted for the Dame Lesley Straithe Operational Excellence Award in civil service digital awards.

Management for the Ministerial Private Office and oversight of the Minister’s portfolio. Specific responsibilities included all corporate and strategic matters, prison competition and offender management strategy.
