Associate Attorney
CurrentI am responsible for performing the firm's legal research into new practice areas in both criminal and civil law. This has yielded the successful development and flourishing of our Expungement/Record Sealing, Copyright Infringement, and Name Change department. I have worked very closely with managing attorneys of the firm to directly handle these matters on my own. As Head of the Expungement/Record Sealing Department, I draft the respective petitions for New Jersey/New York and directly handle dissolving objections raised by the State. For Copyright Infringement matters, I examine our client's financial background and propose counter settlement offers in order to minimize litigation with opposing counsel. Name Change matters require that I interact with clients often in order to draft required supporting documentation. My auxiliary functions include providing support to Case Managers/Attorneys in Traffic Ticket/Criminal matters by way of drafting motions, reviewing discovery, translating case proceedings, and directly speaking with Court personnel.
