Hello, My name is David , I’m currently working towards transitioning from physical security to Cybersecurity . My interest in technology started as a way to distract customers while they were waiting for the tech associates at a store I worked at when I was younger. I started listening as the tech staff was explaining to customers why something was the best fit for them, of course I didn't know tech, so I listened and learned and just kept learning new things, and eventually I started helping out more and more in that department. I’ve recently spent several years in the physical security field, mainly in a Security Operations Center. However, what never went away is my desire to learn and grow with technology, so I decided to pursue a career in the tech industry which eventually will lead to a career in cybersecurity. I not only wanted to know technology, I found a passion for protecting it, and I was hoping I would find others with that same passion.
