He has specialized in commercial and residential development, including retail, hotel, office, apartment facilities, and been a member of design teams for a number of public and military projects. In recent years he has focused on public works projects; particularly streets, drainage, water transmission and distribution, and wastewater collection.Specialties: David has performed a wide range of civil engineering tasks, from concept to completion of construction.
