I'm a Product Growth leader who works across paid engagement strategy, product, data science, A/B testing, go-to-market, product marketing, consumer insights, product analytics, and campaign marketing. The outcome of my work is to ultimately deliver exceptional and personalized product experiences to help customers realize the core product value as paid member.Currently, I lead the Product Growth team focusing on paid engagement and retention initiatives across the Acrobat ecosystem. I'm passionate about solving difficult problems, which I fostered throughout my time at West Point, as an engineer officer in the U.S. Army, as a management and strategy consultant at Deloitte, and as an MBA student at McCombs. I lead with empathy across everything that I do and believe that the key to successfully growing a business is servant leadership. I take great pride in my relationships with others, my curiosity to learn, and doing my part to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create spaces that cultivate solid and healthy cultures.When I'm not reading or listening to my favorite podcasts, I'm either volunteering with the SF AIDS Foundation, cycling around the Bay Area, at a concert, rock climbing, traveling, or enjoying delicious food with family and friends.
