Current•Integral member of a process sub team, in a Process Engineer role, involved in Tech Transfer and Development of drug substances to site.•Technical Operations representative for studies executed within the manufacturing area.•Responsible for developing protocols and generating reports for process development studies.•Raise, monitor and close out electronic Trackwise Site Change Controls.•Design and development of Single Use Technology Manifolds and associated support equipment.•Execution of Technical Assessments and integration of custom vendors parts and approved vendor drawings.•Root Cause Analysis relating to various process and safety issues.•Risk Assessment Generation and execution of HAZOP.•Statistical Analysis of plant and equipment data generated during process development and production studies.
