In my professional career I have gained a lot of experience and skills running/leading/founding small/medium sized businesses in the sector of sustainable agriculture and environmental technology. My experiences as sales manager, in the international trade and project management and my skills, such as problem-solving, creativity or adaptability have enabled me to help companies open and enter new markets, to increase business revenue, and to adapt to dynamic business environments while remaining profitable and competitive. During 20 years, I have been working in South America, especially in Argentina, a country in which the constantly changing regulatory environment pose a real challenge for every company. High chronic inflation, state interventions in monetary policy, price controls, or export bans and economic crises are only few difficulties I have successfully dealt with in my professional career. My determination and outstanding ability to cope with stress and my excellent problem-solving capacities have enabled me to deal creatively and considerately with ever changing situations and to use challenging circumstances skilfully. My ambition, my vision, as well as my ability to lead and work as part of teams have helped me to support and satisfy my employers also in turbulent times.These are the most important/outstanding landmarks in my professional career:1) During 15 years I have been working in the export of organic cane sugar from Argentina to the world. The customer and provider service at the interface between different business cultures strengthened my abilities of intercultural cooperation. 2) As project leader and manager, I was able to set milestones for several companies. These include the creation and opening of a local supermarket food chain for an export company that was looking for new market opportunities. Or the initiation and implementation of a public private partnership agreement between a Peruvian university and a German environmental technology company that looked for entering new markets. 3) As a sales manager and business developer I led the sales of waste water processing plants in Latam and I was responsible for the development and introduction of the product line in the Argentinean and Peruvian market4) And as business founder and general manager, I have developed an agricultural startup that cultivates, produces and sales gluten-free ancient grains, flour, snacks, and baking mixtures (@fullofkwezi). We cultivate with regenerative farming methods and develop products in accordance with the circular economy.
